Meet Melissa Beck-CEO with Big Brothers Big SIsters
Melissa is currently a Chief Executive Officer with Big Brothers Big Sisters overseeing Orange County and the Inland Empire. As CEO of the largest agency in California and one of the largest agencies in the U.S. (out of 340), Melissa is responsible for the general operations and oversight of 50 staff members and all programming for the over 2,200 children the agency serves through 200,000 volunteer hours per year.
